In Fieldglass we can have multiple line items for a SOW that get sent to SAP S4 in one IDOC with multiple segments. Lets say two of the line items/segments in the idoc successfully post the SES but the 3rd ended in error in the idoc for whatever reason. We cannot reprocess the idoc because 2 of the 3 line items have already posted successfully and we dont want duplicate postings. SAP support is suggest we cannot reprocess the one segment and will need to cancel the SES and invoice for all and then start over. This is not acceptable to the business and we're hoping if anyone had similar issues with a different workaround?
