In R/3 system, we used function modul "me_confirmation_update" to modify EKES table. Currently there are no recommended successors available. => Are there any objects, which could be used instead or do you plan to provide some objects?
Currently, the tables EKET and EKES are not prepared to include custom fields. Only append structures are working fine. => Are you planning to inlcude custom fields in the futures?

The function module "me_confirmation_update is not yet released to customer and you can check this in SE37 and As this is unreleased FM it is not supported by SAP standard.
And custom fields is not supported as of now in standard design.
Hello @SAPSupport. What is your preferred method (successor)? I also see that FM is not yet released. But are there plans for future releases? Or are there plans to provide a Business Object Interface? Best regards, Marc
