Replicate BOM Product from S/4 Hana Private Cloud to CPQ 2.0

Dear Team,

We are not able to find the Standard packages in the CPI for CPQ Quote 2.0 Integration.

1.Is there any standard way to replicate BOM Product from S/4 PERSON_NAME Private Cloud to CPQ 2.0 as Simple Product with attribute as line item, Using CPI in CPQ Quote 2.0.
2. Is there any standard way to replicate BOM Product from S/4 PERSON_NAME Private Cloud to CPQ 2.0 as Configurable Product with attribute as line item, Using CPI in CPQ Quote 2.0. 
3. Kindly specify the iFlow that is used for Pricing Condition replication in Pricebook from S/4 to CPQ Quote 2.0.
4. How to replicate Pricing Procedure & their respective Condition Types in CPQ Quote 2.0 from S/4 PERSON_NAME system. Any Prepackage available?
