The Organisation should follow and implement Democratic Leadership in concerned decision makings and it will provide an opportunity to the workforce to involve in the decision making process. In-addition to this participation decision making item is to be incorporated in the 360 Appraisals so that the Colleagues can give feedback which will help the organisation to assess the degree of adoption and make corrective steps until they achieve the required results.
