No. As mentioned in the documentation, once it is activated, multiple address handling cannot be deactivated. However, activation should not have any disruptive effects. The immediate impact of activation is that partner functions in newly created SD documents will reference addresses maintained in BP master data records instead of the standard addresses maintained in customer master data records.
No business data is changed. The system will still be able to process SD documents created before activation, which reference addresses in customer master data records.
