Moving stock from Unrestricted to Quality Inspection to Production Order after wrong UD done

Hi,

We did a UD for an Inspection Lot created via a Production Order. Now the stock of 2780 Kg is in Un-Restricted Use.

Actually user entered wrong Quantity in Production Order extra by 100 Units. It should have been 2680 Kg. While confirming and Stock posting at time of UD, user posted wrong quantity of 2780 Kg in Unrestricted Stock. 

How to remove that 100 Units altogether or cancel everything back to Production Order. We cancelled the confirmation (CO11N) but now the wrong entry appears in COGI with message that 

Deficit of BA Stck.in qual.insp 2,780- KG <Matl< <Plant> <S.Loc><Batch>

Using Movement Type 322 we even transferred 2780 kg from Un-Restricted to Quality for same S.Loc and Batch and MMBE shows the same.

Now COGI message has changed to 

You cannot cancel GR, since inspection lot is already partly posted

So we are totally stuck now.

Help will be highly appreciated.

As per note 33924 - Cancelation of usage decision 

---

In the standard system, usage decisions cannot be canceled.
You should therefore make usage decisions carefully.

However the note 175842 - Inspection lot: Reversal of goods movements from usage decision provides at least a partial solution in the form of the RQEVAC50 report.

I have used it several times successfully, even for serialized materials.

Hi Dominik,

It seems to be a solution, so presently in contact with my Basis and Development team for applying of SAP Note.

Will get back on it once Note applied.
