SAP HR Qualification Catalog migration path to SAP S/4 HANA (PA-PD-QC)

We are currently using the Qualification Catalogue (QC) module on SAP ERP HR on premise (PA-PD-QC)

Is there a migration path to S/4 HANA for this HR module ? We understand that the old SAP-TEM and the Appraisal Module are not compatible with HANA, but what about Qualifications Module ?
