Document Generation Templates upload file issue

Hi everyone!

I have a problem when I try to upload a docx template in SAP CPQ Document Generation Templates section.

I can enter the document generation section, select the template or the section where I want to add the file.

The problem is coming when I select the file I want to upload and click save button, it start to load but never finishes the process.

It remains in pending status until the session expires and the only way that I have to access again CPQ is to close and reopen the browser.

This is what I get if I inspect the upload call

If I login again in CPQ and try to upload the same file I get the already existing file but It is not shown in the template file section since the previous call is not completed.

Is anyone facing this issue?

Probably it is a bug introduced with the last update to 2005.1

Any help/suggestion is appreciated

It was a problem related to a tag inside the template. CPQ didn't give any error message on front end side so I had to guess the error and finally I found it.
