Hi, I've tried using uiBg but it changes the colour of the whole Carousel and Help Bubbles. Is there any possible way to just change the colour of the Help Stripe? Thanks!
No. It's not possible to change the background color of the Help Stripe independently of the overall Carousel background color. If you really need it you can submit a CIR, but don't expect a rapid response...
