In the compensation tool, there is a Field Filter which can filter records based on the criteria.
when we apply a filter with Promotion Status = Yes, is should only show records with green sign next to employee name where promote event is done but in our case it is giving out records even where promote event is not done with only some Promote event done green symbol.
for example, we have overall 150 records with promote event done for the employees - which means records with green symbol (Promotion entered) but when we apply this field filter, we see around 80-90 such records and another 20-30 records where there is no green symbol (No Promotion entered)
My and the HR role RBP is all set as we can see all employees in the scope, it is only when the filter with this field type called Promotion Status = Yes, we dont see the correct set of employee records.
Need help if someone has come across this issue.
