Employee history Importing custom field issue

HI Experts,

Would like to know option for below issue related to employee import feature. We have requirement to pull custom field in employee history from EC which is then used for further bonus calculations. 

Issue is when we import that field in EC it doesn't reflect the changes in Employee history file unless I specifically go and edit/modify the record manually.

Do we have any other resolution for this issue. Since we have some 1100 employees for which data to be filtered in employee history file.

Pl pour in your suggestions.

Hi Ritanshi, Generally, History processor will fetch custom field data without any issues. Problem might come when you use picklist values where you need to map with picklist for the History field to display the name. Is it possible to check the issue through screen share?
