Query 1: How can we trigger mail to all employees and some roles for initiate onboarding status so that different teams like resource allocation/ admin gets notified and accordingly they prepare.

Query 2: Can you please suggest if we can capture following in RCM at initiate onboarding status or offer approval/ any workaround from RCM

1. Date / timestamp on which recruiter has requested the laptop as to track if recruiter has delayed the laptop request/ 7 days before joining recruiter to arrange laptop

Query 3: Can you please suggest if we can capture following at offer approval stage for recruiter only for reporting purpose in RCM

2. T shirt size to be kept ready before candidate gets onboarded

Hi Shweta, You can send emails to roles that are found on the Requisition when adding the candidate to the status where you will initiate onboarding so you might create a template that is sent to the ONB team and in CC of the template generic emails of the different teams can be added. if the recruiter has multiple activities to do before initiating onboarding like requestinf Laptops or security pass some customers create either fields or statuses for follow up and later reporting ex:status called Laptop requested containing a field with values Done, Pending, In progress.

You can send emails to roles that are found on the Requisition when adding the candidate to the status where you will initiate onboarding so you might create a template that is sent to the ONB team and  in CC of the template generic emails of the different teams can be added.
