How to export job application status and next possible transissions

When hiring candidates, a recruiter can move the application into various job application statuses. And there are possibilities of multiple templates with respective application status flows.

I am looking for help on how we can export these templates with respective possible next hiring status transitions. Is there a way to export it as a report if now how to export this as a document?

The goal here is to add a new status and apply the set of hiring statuses onto some job application templates only. So, where do we do these changes in Hiring steps/process?
