We currently have an US form CC-305 for onboarding integrated with Docusign. The form has recently been updated by the DOL and we need to send it out to existing employees to give them the option to change their designation. The DOL has strict rules regarding this form. My question is what process/solution do SF customers utilize to capture this information post onboarding.

This is not common to register in most countries to be fair.
If it is registered its part of the country specific configuration (i.e. disability status etc.), but that mostly happens for the USA.
