SAP Improvement - Allow Duplicate Check in "Add new Employee" when Rehiring an user that was in GA

Hi All,

We have a new improvement raised in SAP Customer Influence. See the link below:

Request ID: 322418 - Allow Duplicate Check in "Add new Employee" when Rehiring an user that was in Global Assignment

We raised it due to currently in SAP SF for cases in which an employee ends their global assignment and is rehired in the same country, the duplicate check is not supported/shown in the "Add new employee" tool.

Our request is to then ask SAP to change this behavior and allow the duplicate check screen to be shown when trying to rehire the same user within the same country (of previous Global Assignment) when the data filled corresponds to the previous.
