SCORM is not getting launched, downloads automatically instead

Hi all,

we are working towards building an item connector import of contents from a new vendor and unfortunately the SCORM courses cannot launch but they download instead. We have asked them to change the structure of the folders where they are stored on their server, but the response was that the other customers do not have any issues so this is why the structure cannot be changed. We thought that the root cause is the same as in KBA
