You can set all columns that you need to render with : Importance = High. So, your columns will be showed in smart phone or when a browser window width is reduced Victor

If you implement a Fiori Elements List report and use the Fiori Tools wizard to generate it I think you have to do nothing to get it.

I generated the list report app using the BAS Fiori List Report Template but “Show more/less per row” option is not visible. Do you know if any annotation or configuration is required to enable it?

Maybe you have not enough columns in the table. That way the functionality is hidden. Try making the window smaler.
