thank you for your response. The security officers deem the 8 hour time out period too long and want to maintain the 30 minute inactivity time out used by SuccessFactors

Agree very much with this blog. Using EC in the same way as SAP HCM will cause so many headaches. The whole philosophy behind the two systems is completely different. SAP HCM comes from a time where HR Admins did all the data maintenance and checks....
