It reminds me LMC G2... it has been developed in 2004-2009. I expect you've removed drag and drop functionality as well and now for moving 1-2 candidates from one status to another it requires 3 or more clicks.

you can't utilize id automatic creation when importing. You need to provide user ids. So do it manually outside the system and change the sequence numbers.
