Pricing procedure determination for Free of Charge process

I work with the S4H public cloud, release 2402. In the free of charge process the order type is CBFD. The pricing procedure is Y40101 (for Croatia). I want to change the pricing procedure for this order type. In Central Business Configuration (CBC), in the 'Set Pricing Procedure Determination' menu (ID 101118), the procedure Y40101 is not mentioned. Also, when searching the document classification for pricing procedure determination field, none of the options seems relevant for the free of charge orders. How is the pricing procedure for the free of charge process (order type CBFD) determined?

The sales document type CBFD has the same document classification for pricing procedure determination (Y1) assigned like standard order OR (Please see SSCUI Configure Sales Document Types 102495). So for standard order OR and FoC order CBFD the same pricing procedure will be determined.

Currently it is not possible to create new classifications and assign them to sales order type.

In case a new document classification for pricing procedure determination (for FoC) is needed, please raise an Customer Influence Request.

In your reply 'A' represents the document pricing procedure. It is a standard document pricing procedure. Free of charge documents usually have another one. I can't find it in CBC in the app ID 101118 (Set pricing procedure determination).

In transaction VOV8, you specify the order type (CBFD) and then assign the relevant pricing procedure. In transaction V/08, you define the sequence of condition types and their characteristics that determine how pricing is calculated for a particular sales document type. And maintain condition records for free of charges. For the free-of-charge process, the pricing procedure may include condition types specific to handling free goods, discounts, surcharges, or any other relevant conditions. After configuring the pricing procedure for the CBFD order type, it's essential to thoroughly test the pricing logic to ensure that it functions as expected.Validate that the pricing is calculated correctly for free-of-charge scenarios, considering different combinations of condition records and pricing conditions.

Hi. Thanks for the answer. My question was connected specifically to S4H Public Cloud and CBC. There is an option to define a new pricing procedure, but I can't assign it to the order type CBFD. I know how to do it in on-prem S4H in the IMG menu, but I can't do it in S4H Public Cloud, in CBC.
