SAP Sales Cloud emails @mail.crm.cloud.sap not getting out

Hello experts!

We have trying out the SAP Sales Cloud version2 and hoping to see if anyone would know why we are not able to get emails from @mail.crm.cloud.sap .  What needs to be done at our end in order to get these emails successfully?  Also wanting to see if SAP has done the required steps to ensure this domain can have a higher delivery rate?  I guess it is reasonable for normal mail servers to think this domain would be some kind of issues.

Yes, we have in fact setup the Email channel in settings. It was not a very nice experience to set up the Email channel. The need to go through 3rd party mail gateway was a bit of a surprise and alerted our IT security again. The fact that none of the sales contract nor help doc mention about this 3rd party just make things hard. Anyway, the initial question I had here was not related to Email channel setup.
