SAP HR - RPUDELPN - Mass Delete of Personnel Numbers - Run time error in Background Job

I am having issues Running RPUDELPN in background (test client) and job gets cancelled due to runtime error. It it is too cumbersome to manually split into smaller batches. Any solution ? Is there a program that will automatically split into smaller batches say 500 employees at a time

Yes you can make multiple batches or sessions in background job to delete it

Can you provide some guidance ? We have more than 30k employees. So how would be automaically split the big batch job into smaller chunks ? I tried to manually run 300 employees and it failed . so is there a program that will automatically split the job or would i have to manually schedule 300 jobs with 100 employees per job ?
