The new community and support is another leap back in usability by SAP.
Instead of being greeted by useful pages or information I am now faced with meaningless headings and menus.
Where are the patches pages?
Whats new viewer links?
Along with the ability to search within a groups question and answers rather than scrolling through it all.
Please sort this out as its not user friendly at all
Benedict,
HI! I can definitely help you. So sorry for the confusion with the new SuccessFactors experience in SAP Community.
Our new SuccessFactors home page is here: https://community.sap.com/topics/successfactors.
On the right side is the navigation to all the public pages (product pages, IDP, Product Release, etc.) as well as the links to the private SuccessFactors Customer Corner which includes Patches, Innovation Alerts, Empowerment Center, and our private blog area. There are also links to where to add a new SuccessFactors question, in the HXM Q&A (forum), SF events, user groups, etc.
Here is the public blog I added that includes links to other resources: https://groups.community.sap.com/t5/human-experience-management/the-new-sap-successfactors-customer-....
One newer resource is a live demo and explanation of the new SF Community experience from January 11 - you can access the recording and slides here: Access January 11 Open Forum Recording & Slides.
Please feel free to reach out to me anytime at customerempowerment@sap.com and I will assist further.
Thanks!
Tamara
